A rupture disc is a safety diaphragm device that ruptures when the system is over-pressurised beyond critical pressure. By rupturing, the disc relieves pressure, which ultimately helps protect equipment and human life.

The installation of the rupture disc is very simple. The rupture disc consists of a disc and a holder and is installed by inserting the disc between the top and bottom of this holder.
Secure the flange bolts and nuts by tightening them symmetrically in the order shown in the video.
When the pressure exceeds the required values, аn accident can occur at any time. If the pressure exceeds the set point, the rupture disc ruptures to relieve the pressure built up inside the unit and protect the equipment.
Each rupture disc is a disposable product and must be replaced after rupture.
