The Personal Information Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that ATEX.CENTER and/or its affiliates, including all entities and persons belonging to the same group as ATEX.CENTER (hereinafter — ATEX.CENTER) can obtain about the User while using any of the sites, services, software, products or services of ATEX.CENTER (hereinafter referred to as Services, Services of ATEX.CENTER) and in the course of execution by ATEX.CENTER of any agreements and contracts with the User. The User’s consent to the Policy, expressed by him in the framework of relations with one of the listed entities and persons, applies to all other listed entities and persons.

The use of the Services of ATEX.CENTER means the User’s unconditional consent to this Policy and the conditions for processing his personal information specified therein; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the User must refrain from using the Services.


  1. Users’ Personal information processed by ATEX.CENTER
  2. Within the framework of this Policy, “User’s personal information” means:

1.1.1. Personal information that the User provides about himself independently when registering (creating an account) or in the process of using the Services, including the User’s personal data. The information required for the provision of the Services is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the User at his discretion.

1.1.2. Data that is automatically transmitted to the Services of ATEX.CENTER when they are used with the help of the software installed on the User’s device, including IP address, cookie data, information about the User’s browser (or other software accessing to Services), technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to the Services, addresses of the requested pages and other similar information.

1.1.3. Other information about the User, the processing of which is provided for by the terms of use of certain Services of ATEX.CENTER

1.2. This Policy applies only to information processed in the course of using the Services of ATEX.CENTER. ATEX.CENTER does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third-party websites, to which the User can go via links available on the websites of ATEX.CENTER, including in search results.

1.3. ATEX.CENTER does not verify the accuracy of the personal information provided by the User and is not able to assess his legal capacity. However, ATEX.CENTER assumes that the user provides reliable and sufficient personal information and keeps this information up to date. The consequences of providing false or insufficient information are defined in the User Agreement for the services of ATEX.CENTER


  1. Purposes of processing Users’ personal information 

2.1. ATEX.CENTER collects and stores only that personal information that is necessary for the provision of the Services or the execution of agreements and contracts with the User, except when the law provides for the mandatory storage of personal information for a period specified by law.

2.2. ATEX.CENTER processes the User’s personal information for the following purposes:

2.2.1. Identification of a party within the framework of the Services, agreements and contracts with ATEX.CENTER;

2.2.2. Providing the User with personalized Services and execution of agreements and contracts;

2.2.3. Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the use of the Services, execution of agreements and contracts, as well as processing requests and applications from the User;

2.2.4. Improving the quality of the Services, the convenience of their use, the development of new Services;

2.2.5. Advertising materials targeting;

2.2.6. Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.


  1. Conditions for the processing of Users’ personal information and its transfer to third parties 

3.1. ATEX.CENTER stores Users’ personal information in accordance with the internal regulations of specific services.

3.2. User’s personal information is kept confidential except the cases when the User voluntarily provides information about himself for general access to an unlimited number of persons. When using individual Services, the User agrees that a certain part of his personal information becomes publicly available.

3.3. ATEX.CENTER has the right to transfer the User’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:

3.3.1. The user has agreed to such actions;

3.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the User to use a certain Service or for the execution of a certain agreement or contract with the User;

3.3.3. The transfer is provided for by Russian or other applicable legislation within the procedure established by law;

3.3.4. Such transfer occurs as part of the sale or other transfer of the business (in whole or in part), while the acquirer gains all obligations to comply with the terms of this Policy in relation to the personal information received by him;

3.3.5. In cases when User violates the User Agreement, this Policy, or documents containing the conditions for using specific Services in order to provide the possibility of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of ATEX.CENTER or third parties.

3.3.6. As a result of processing the User’s personal information by its de-identification anonymized statistical data are obtained, which are transferred to a third party for research, performance of work or provision of services on behalf of ATEX.CENTER

3.4. When processing Users’ personal data ATEX.CENTER is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “On Personal Data”.


  1. Altering and deletion of personal information. Mandatory data storage 

4.1. The User can at any time alter (update, supplement) the personal information provided by him or part of it, using the personal data editing function in the personal section of the corresponding Service.

4.2. The user can delete the personal information provided by him within a specific account by writing a request to the e-mail 

4.3. The rights provided for in paragraphs. 4.1 and 4.2 of this Policy may be limited in accordance with the requirements of the law. In particular, such restrictions may provide for the obligation of ATEX.CENTER to keep the information altered or deleted by the User for the period established by law, and transfer such information in accordance with the procedure established by law to a governmental agency.


  1. Processing of personal information using cookies and counters 

5.1. The user is aware that the equipment and software used by him to browse Internet websites may have the function disabling operations with cookies (for any sites or for certain sites), as well as deleting previously received cookies.

5.2. ATEX.CENTER has the right to establish that the provision of a certain Service is possible only if the acceptance and receipt of cookies is allowed by the User.

5.3. The structure of the cookie file, its content and technical parameters are determined by ATEX.CENTER and may change without prior notice to the User.


  1. Measures taken to protect the User’s personal information

6.1. ATEX.CENTER takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties with it.


  1. Alteration of the Privacy Policy. Applicable law

7.1. ATEX.CENTER has the right to alter this Privacy Policy. After altering the current version must contain the date of the latest update. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted to website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.

7.2. The law of the Russian Federation is applicable to this Policy and relations between the User and ATEX.CENTER arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy.
